Join Monica at Iroquois Beach for a gentle outdoor yoga class!

Bring your own mat and water. Be prepared for an outdoor yoga class, some may find a beach towel helpful for under their mat.

Parking can be found at the north east corner of where Gordon St turns down at the lake. There is another parking lot with a few spaces on the south side right before entering into the Yacht Club.

Join Monica at Lakeview Park for a gentle outdoor yoga class! Registration will open up 2 weeks before the event date.

Bring your own mat and water. Be prepared for an outdoor yoga class, some may find a beach towel helpful for under their mat.

Lakeview Park has multiple lots available to park in, Lot B along Lakeview Ave is the suggested location for ease of access, but feel free to use another lot if you'd like.

Yoga in the Garden

Join Monica for part of the free Yoga in the Garden series at Oshawa’s Henry House down by the lake.

Breath deep, take a moment, and do a sun salutation in the summer sun with the Oshawa Museum’s Yoga in Breath deep, take a moment, and do a sun salutation in the summer sun with the Oshawa Museum’s Yoga in the Garden. Come down to the Henry House Heritage Gardens and enjoy a morning of Yoga in the Garden, in partnership with Durham Yogi Community. Yoga in the Garden runs every Friday morning at 9am, starting the first week in June through at least August (hopefully September as well if the weather stays warm!)

Classes are drop in only. Participants are required to being their own mats and water. Rain or shine event!

Admission is FREE; donations to the Oshawa Museum are kindly accepted.

The best of all worlds in one class! The first 20 minutes will be focused on cardio-based training to warm up the body and get your heart rate going  in an effective and safe way. This high intensity, energetic, quick & dirty class will give you insane results focusing on the Booty & Ab’s. The first half of the class is non-stop exercises dedicated to a toned lifted, strong booty! The second half is non-stop exercises dedicated to abdominal muscles, obliques and back encompassing the entire core. Hot Amazing Arms & Shoulders

This class is designed to focus on the upper body only! It focuses on building strength and definition of your arms and shoulders. The first half will be non-stop exercises dedicated to the shoulder muscles (anterior deltoid, lateral deltoid, posterior deltoid) also (subscapularis, supraspinatus, infraspinatus and teres minor) to achieve a balanced and strong shoulder. The second half of the class will be nonstop exercises dedicated to the arms (biceps, triceps and forearms). A dance style fitness class developed to create a long, lean, toned body using the ballet bar in studio. Virtual Yoga

Join Monica for a live virtual class on zoom.

This will be a gentle vinyasa style class that will require you to be able to move between laying, sitting, and standing. Variations will be offered and encouraged to meet your body where it's at in the moment. Wear comfy clothes that allow you to move, and have water and whatever yoga props you'd like available (mat, blocks, strap, blanket, or whatever else your heart desires!)
