Join Monica at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness for this class.

The best of all worlds in one class! The first 20 minutes will be focused on cardio-based training to warm up the body and get your heart rate going  in an effective and safe way. The class transitions into strength training using full body movements to target several muscle groups at once and finishes off  with 20 blissful minutes of stretching to leave refreshed and ready to take on the week.
