Hot Slow Flow

This class is a perfect slow flow for any time of the day! Starting in savasana with pranayama to warm the body and connect with the breath. You will be gently guided through sun salutations, balance poses, standing poses, strengthening poses, an da variety of other asanas to move the body and steady the mid. This gentle slow flow class will offer strength, flexibility, concentration, balance and is beginner friendly.
