
Join Monica at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness for Hot Fit Flow. This class starts with Fusion, a dynamic conditioning class working the entire body that combines a hard-core Pilates style exercise regime with the perfect blend of Athletics style Yoga with endurance training to create a complete toned body and an increased fitness level. We incorporate weights, Pilates balls, blocks, resistance bands and much more. This first 1/2 of the class is high energy, challenging your endurance to shape your entire body while detoxing your systems. We follow with vinyasa-style yoga, flowing from pose to pose one breath per movement taking you through a beautiful and dynamic style of flow incorporating standing postures, balance postures, detoxifying twists, pranayama & mudra to elongate your muscles, increasing your flexibility and increase strength in the body and mind. This class is for all levels.
