Hot Candlelight Slow Flow Deep Stretch

This class begins with a beautiful slow flow, connecting movement with breath. Guiding you gently through beginner friendly asanas and sequences that will move the body and steady the mind. Then in the latter half of class you will be guided into holding yin postures to explore your flexibility while tapping into your inner peace and well-being with calmness and ease.
