
Join Monica for a live virtual class on zoom.
This will be a gentle vinyasa style class that will require you to be able to move between laying, sitting, and standing. Variations will be offered and encouraged to meet your body where it's at in the moment. Wear comfy clothes that allow you to move, and have water and whatever yoga props you'd like available (mat, blocks, strap, blanket, or whatever else your heart desires!)
