Hot Candlelight Gentle Stretch & Guided Meditation

The perfect class to find some gentle movement to help ease the body into stillness. This 60 minute class will move through relaxing stretches and gentle flows in supine, seated, and table top. After tending to the physical body with gentle movement, the practice will shift to calming the mental body with guided meditation, creating a sense of serenity. This tranquil class allows you to “let go” of your daily stresses and chaos, instead zero-ing in on your inner peace, health & well-being under the blanketing comfort of the warm FAR Infrared Heating therapy.
