
Join Monica at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness for this class.
We will connect with our breath and throughout this class we flow from pose to pose, one breath per movement, incorporating minimal standing postures and balance postures, detoxifying twists, pranayama, mudra, and much, much more. This class is great for beginners. During the second half you will hold yin postures to increase flexibility and stretch your connective tissues, releasing and letting go of any tension.
