Guests will also have time to wander the property, take in the scenery, and meet the hobby farm animals — offering moments of joy, curiosity, and connection throughout the day.

Where will the event take place?
The yoga practice and high tea experience will both be held outdoors on a hobby farm property on Langstaff Road in Kendal. You’ll be surrounded by open countryside, fresh air, and peaceful natural scenery throughout the event.
Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. You will be asked about any dietary restrictions or allergies during registration. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. In some cases, if additional information is needed or accommodations are more complex, you may be contacted directly for further details.
What if I need to cancel?
Refunds are available according to the following schedule:
Full refund if cancelled before July 7th 11:59pm EDT
50% refund if cancel between July 8th 12am EDT and July 14th 11:59pm EDT
No refunds from July 15th 12am EDT onward
What should I bring?
Please bring:
A yoga mat
Any props that support your practice (blocks, strap, blanket, etc.)
Water for during practice
Depending on the weather, you may also wish to bring:
Sunscreen
Bug repellent
A hat or sunglasses
Layers of clothing to stay comfortable outdoors
What if it rains?
In the event of severe or unsafe weather, the event will be moved to our planned rain date:

Are washrooms available?
Yes. Washrooms will be available on site, including access to hand washing before the high tea experience.
Do I need yoga experience to attend?
Not at all. This will be a gentle, welcoming practice suitable for all experience levels, including beginners. You’re encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive and comfortable for your body.
Will there be time to explore the farm?
Yes! Guests will have time to wander the property, enjoy the scenery, and meet the hobby farm animals between yoga and tea.
